Payment for goods accepted via Paypal
Once your payment has cleared your order will be dispatched to you. A dispatch confirmation email will sent to you.
Please note that print colour may vary slightly from on computer screen to the actual print made in the printing lab.
Please allow for 28 day delivery period as the prints are printed individually for you at the print lab and sent back to us to then package and dispatch to you the customer.
Shipping
Print prices currently include shipping costs and the costs of packaging.
UK Deliveries sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Signed for Delivery
Particularly large or heavy orders will be charged at a higher postage rate.
Parcels sent Internationally by Airsure and Royal Mail Airmail.
Refunds and Exchanges
A refund or exchange will be granted if the goods sent is faulty.
Please contact us within 7 days of Receipt of delivery.
If a refund is requested , the buyer is required to pay for return postal cost
If there is another reason why you wish a refund for the item ,then the refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
